Enrique Macias created Henry Tree Co. in 2014, after the decision was made that he can make a difference in the tree care industry by offering his many years of experience, combined with his passion for the environment.  He has spent more than 10 years as a tree care expert, and focuses on making a difference in his local community of Batavia, IL by bringing the awareness of environmental conversation as well as hiring local employees to train them how to be successful in the industry.  As the President, he is tasked with providing strong leadership for the company by working with the management team to establish short and long-term goals.  Enrique is also responsible for presiding over the entire workforce, managing budgets, day-to-day operations, asset allocation & management, training & licensing, quality & up-time, and is responsible for maintaining the company's overall vision.
